Mission
To break down barriers to AI deployment for social good. Humane Intelligence collaboratively designs and runs rigorous, community-driven evaluations of AI systems, using methods such as red teaming and bias (bug) bounties to make AI more accountable, responsible, and fair.
Milestones
2023: Co-organized the largest-ever public generative AI red-teaming event (at DEF CON's AI Village), with support from leading AI companies and the White House
2022: Founded by Dr. Rumman Chowdhury (initially launched as Bias Buccaneers)
